By accessing or using Compliance PreCheck (the "Service"), operated by A.I. Launch Pods ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Compliance PreCheck is an AI-driven verification service that evaluates user-uploaded documents against regulatory frameworks published in our Framework Library. The Service returns a report identifying potential gaps, partial coverage, and areas of alignment between the user's document and the selected frameworks.
The Service does not provide legal advice, does not constitute a certified compliance determination, and is not a substitute for qualified legal or compliance counsel. Findings produced by the Service are intended as a preparation tool to help users identify areas for further review by qualified professionals.
The Service is accessed at complianceprecheck.com. Features and pricing may change; any material change will be reflected in these Terms and disclosed on the website.
To run a check, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@ailaunchpods.com of any unauthorized use.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts to use the Service.
The Service is offered on a per-check basis at the rate posted on the website (currently USD $200 per check). There is no subscription. Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor (Stripe) and is governed by that processor's terms.
A "check" is deemed complete when a report is generated and made available in your account, regardless of the findings produced. Fees for completed checks are non-refundable except as expressly provided in Section 9 (Data Retention) or as required by law.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will not apply to checks already initiated.
By using the Service, you warrant and agree that:

The Service, including the Framework Library curation, check engine, report format, and all related software, remains the property of A.I. Launch Pods. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
You retain all ownership of documents you upload. By uploading a document, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store that document solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your uploaded documents to train or improve any machine learning model, nor will we share your uploaded documents with third parties other than our subprocessors (identified in our Privacy Policy) operating under contractual confidentiality obligations.
Reports generated by the Service are provided for your use. You may share, print, and redistribute your own reports. You may not extract the Framework Library content itself from reports and republish it as a standalone compliance product.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that findings produced by the Service are complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular regulatory, legal, or audit purpose. Users are solely responsible for verifying Service output before relying on it for any compliance, legal, or operational decision.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF A.I. LAUNCH PODS FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC CHECK GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
IN NO EVENT SHALL A.I. LAUNCH PODS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, REGULATORY PENALTIES, AUDIT FAILURES, OR DATA LOSS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Uploaded documents and generated reports are retained in your account so you can return to them. You may request deletion of any document or report, or your entire account, at any time by emailing support@ailaunchpods.com. Deletion requests will be honored within thirty (30) days, subject to any legal obligation to retain records.
We may retain anonymized, aggregated metadata (e.g., number of checks run, framework popularity) for internal product metrics.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay amounts owed, or use the Service in a manner that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; sections that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 6, 7, 8, and 13) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website and, where practical, by email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and A.I. Launch Pods consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in this section waives any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your home jurisdiction.
